Representative Teams

FINAL RESULTS

The Men’s team went through their 4 contests undefeated and will progress to Division Two next year. The team was a mixture of experienced players as well as two juniors, Corey Hardy of South Pines who won one match and narrowly lost his second. Levi Sclater of Sale Golf Club played in four matches and went through undefeated.

The result came down to East Gippsland’s final match when the played Northern and although the score was 4/3 it was a solid win for East Gippsland.

Further great news is for 15 year old Levi Sclater of Sale GC who won all his 4 matches in that he has been selected in the Victorian Country Team to V South Australia

The East Gippsland Ladies came third overall, just 1/2 a match behind second place. Overall they won one match, tied in two and their only loss came to eventual champions, Golf Central Victoria. The Ladies will remain in Division 2 in 2018.

Country Week

East Gippsland Men’s Country Week Team has been announced’

This year EGDGA will be contesting the ‘Bowl’ with the aim to being promoted to the ‘Plate’ section in 2018.

East Gippsland Women Country Teams

EGWG will be playing Division 2 Country Teams from the 2-4 October. Their matches will be played at Latrobe, Cranbourne and Long Island. The team representing EGWG are:
